Bianey Cordoba

Originally from Mexico and raised in the Dagsboro area, Bianey Cordoba opened La Dama to bring a taste of her Mexican heritage to the community she calls home. Working alongside her mother, Teresa Sanchez, who brings the family's homemade recipes to the kitchen, Bianey created a restaurant rooted in authentic food, family and community.
