Executive Chef and Culinary Operations Manager for Boston Beer’s Local Brands and Taprooms

Born in Niagara Falls, New York, Zach Dick has cultivated a remarkable culinary journey. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte with a degree in Culinary Arts, Zach honed their skills during an externship at the prestigious Sea Island Resort in Sea Island, Georgia.

Zach’s career took off with positions at renowned establishments such as The Breakers in Palm Beach and PGA National Resort & Spa. Zach then brought their expertise to The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York, before becoming Chef de Cuisine at Next Door by Wegmans in Rochester, New York.

Seeking new challenges, Zach relocated to Delaware to join Dogfish Head. After a brief hiatus in Arizona as Executive Chef at Culinary Dropout in Tempe, Zach returned to Coastal Delaware to resume their role at Dogfish Head. Currently, Zach oversees all culinary operations for both Dogfish Head and Angry Orchard, continuing to innovate and lead in the culinary world.
