Ryan Warwick, a Delmarva Peninsula native, has always been drawn to the world of hospitality. His bartending journey began at Zia’s, a small Italian restaurant in Salisbury, MD, where he quickly discovered a passion for crafting cocktails. Already an avid home cook, he soon found that mixing drinks offered a creative outlet that rivaled his love for the kitchen. His curiosity led him to immerse himself in books on the subject, experiment with ingredients from restaurant pantries, and seek out rare and historic spirits and liqueurs.
