Christian Costantino

Christian Costantino started at Off the Hook, Bethany in 2015 under the tutelage of Kevin Frey and Steve Hagen. His first position within the company was as a dishwasher. As he was working his way through the ranks of the kitchen, he decided to depart for YTI Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts to obtain a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and restaurant hotel management. After school, Christian staged at Volt restaurant in Frederick, Maryland

Christian promptly returned to the shore to become the Sous Chef at Off the Hook and within a year, the Head Chef which gave him the opportunity to experiment with food and bring fresh new ideas into the Bethany Beach food scene. In 2017, he stepped into the role of Executive Chef of all locations. During his time as Executive Chef, Christian was awarded Coastal Style's Best Chef in Delaware, nominated for Best Chef in Delaware Today, and received countless Metropolitian, Coastal Style, & Delaware Today awards. Christian is now a Director of Operations and Partner for the Common Ground Hospitality. 

Off the Hook Restaurant Group and, now, Common Ground Hospitality has been an influential part of Christian's life and has driven him to become the person he is today. From being a student, to a mentor, Christian continues to expand the portfolio of the Common Ground group with his insight on culinary and management.
