Victor Paxtor

Victor Paxtor is the owner of Jalapeño Restaurant in Georgetown, where for more than a decade he has been serving fresh, homemade food rooted in authentic Latin American flavors. When Victor opened the restaurant, he saw an opportunity to bring the distinctive tastes of his culture to a community that had few restaurants offering them at the time.

Over the years, the support of Georgetown and the surrounding community has helped Jalapeño grow into a place that welcomes people from all backgrounds. That diversity is something Victor values deeply. For him, sharing authentic food is also a way of bringing people together, creating a table where cultures, neighbors and visitors can all feel welcome.
