Paul Cullen

Paul Cullen is a personal chef, sommelier, winemaker and musician whose journey to Delaware’s Culinary Coast began with a vacation more than 20 years ago. Best known to many as a former bassist for the rock band Bad Company, Paul eventually turned his lifelong love of cooking and his Italian family roots into a second career centered around food, wine and hospitality.

Today, he creates private dining experiences throughout the coastal Delaware region, produces his own wines and continues to bring food and music together through live events and his nonprofit, Paul Kares. For Paul, the Culinary Coast is more than where he lives. It’s the community, friendships and vibrant restaurant scene that inspired much of what he does today.
