Laura Brittingham is co-owner of Brittingham Farms, a fourth-generation family farm in Millsboro that she and her husband, Jon, have helped transform into a destination celebrating agriculture, agritourism and the traditions of Southern Delaware.

For Laura, agriculture and the beach are two parts of the same coastal story. Through lavender fields, farm experiences and collaborations with local makers and chefs, she’s helping visitors discover the farmland and families behind the food they enjoy while they’re here. It’s a connection that gives people another way to experience the Culinary Coast, from the fields just beyond the beach to the flavors that ultimately make their way to the table.
