Israel Cotoc-Pec has built his culinary career from the ground up at Bethany Blues. Starting as a line cook 13 years ago, he worked his way through the kitchen to sous chef, chef and now oversees the culinary operations for all three Bethany Blues locations.

For Israel, great food starts with great people. His approach to cooking is rooted in teamwork, having fun and creating an environment where people feel valued, because he believes that energy ultimately finds its way to the plate. After more than a decade with Bethany Blues, his passion remains simple: cook great food, work with great people and make guests happy.
