Gary Papp

Chef and owner Gary Papp has been part of the Lewes culinary community for more than three decades. Since opening Harbour with his wife, Lorraine, in 2020, Gary has built the waterfront restaurant around fresh, sustainable seafood, locally grown ingredients, and a dining experience that encourages guests to slow down and enjoy where they are.

His approach celebrates the diversity of ingredients available along the Mid-Atlantic while creating a dining experience that feels relaxed, thoughtful, and distinctly Lewes.

With fresh food prepared to order, great wine and cocktails, and a waterfront setting away from the hustle and bustle, Gary wants guests to linger a little longer and truly enjoy the experience. As he puts it, life tastes better in Lewes, especially when you're sitting by the water.
